Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

You will be responsible for all return packaging and tracking. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If the returned item is never received by us, it will be marked as non-refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at info@noorstudios.org. If your return is accepted, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package, along with recommended return services. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, get in touch and we'll help however we can.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once that return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipping into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, and you'll need proof of purchase.

Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary by bank or card issuer. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@noorstudios.org.
